GILA JAIL AND SHERIFF’S OFFICE GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: How long are the tours?
A: The tours last approximately one hour. We require you to show up at least 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.
Q: How much does it cost? Can I buy tickets online?
A: $20 per ticket at the door and $15 advance online purchased.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER WHETHER PAYING IN ADVANCE OR AT THE DOOR
Q: Do I need to bring or print anything to enter the event?
A: Whether you paid in advance or planning to pay at the door you will receive a confirmation by email. You must print the confirmation and bring the confirmation to the event.
Q: Are there discounts for children?
A: Due to the subject matter it is inappropriate for children. You must be 18 years and older to participate in the tour and investigation.
Q: Are group discounts available?
A: Not for the paranormal tour and investigation. However we can schedule a private tour and investigation for your group. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information
Q: Are refunds available?
A: Similar to concerts, sporting and other events refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Q: Is there a charge for parking?
A: There is parking available around the location on a first come first served basis.
Q: Is there a waiting area inside?
A: Yes when you arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour you need to provide your printed confirmation. You will be assigned a tour guide and he/she will complete the confirmation. If you need to borrow paranormal equipment arrangements will be done there.
Q: Is the Old Globe Jail handicap accessible?
A: This building was built in the early 1900’s. While the lower area is handicap accessible the second floor is unavailable by wheelchair.
Q: Can we take photos or videos inside the jail?
A: YES!. Photography, video and audio recording is encouraged.
Q: What if I get uneasy or overwhelmed and I want to leave, what do I do?
A: If you need to leave, keep calm and tell the tour guide and they will escort you out. Please note: we do not give refunds under any circumstances.
Q: Can I bring my purse, bag or backpack on the tour/ investigation?
A: Very small purses or fanny bags are allowed. Large bags should be left at home or locked in the trunk of your car.
Q: Can pregnant women go on the tour/ investigation?
A: We do not recommend pregnant women to go on the tour/ investigation. We suggest calling your physician to discuss the situation with them.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal
Q: Can I be denied entry to the tour?
A: Yes. We will not allow weapons, alcohol or drugs, foul language, obscene or rude behavior, disrespect to tour guides and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we deem not appropriate or ask those to leave when a situation arises.

Q: Will the tour operate if it’s raining?
A: Yes as almost all of the tour is conducted inside.
